Our Coverage & Insurance
Our car-sharing service offers comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind, including liability, collision, and roadside assistance. Insurance costs are clearly outlined and calculated based on your rental choice. Our service also includes a deductible cost for coverage claims. If damage occurs and you are responsible for it, you may be liable to cover a cost up to a deductible amount, which varies based on your rental choice. For detailed information, contact us anytime. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Group A
Toyota Aygo, VW Up!, Seat Mi or similar
In this Vehicle Group, if damage occurs under your responsibility, you’ll be liable for a fixed deductible amount of up to 800 euros.
Group B
Opel Corsa. VW Polo, Peugeot 208, Seat Ibiza or similar
In this Vehicle Group, if damage occurs under your responsibility, you’ll be liable for a fixed deductible amount of up to 900 euros.
Group C
Toyota Corolla, Peugeot 308, Opel Astra, Fiat Tipo or similar
In this Vehicle Group, if damage occurs under your responsibility, you’ll be liable for a fixed deductible amount of up to 1000 euros.
Group D
VW T-Cross, Suzuki Vitara, Seat Arona, Toyota CHR or similar
In this Vehicle Group, if damage occurs under your responsibility, you’ll be liable for a fixed deductible amount of up to 1100 euros.
Pick Up & Parking
Our car-sharing service offers all these amenities with one thing in mind, sharing culture. Keep the car clean to respect other users and park in a public space within the permitted areas designated in the App.
Out of Zone Parking (less than 5km)
If you park outside the clearly designated parking zone, you will be charged with an additional amount of 20 euros.
Out of Zone Parking (more than 5km)
If you park outside the clearly designated parking zone, you will be charged with an additional amount of 20 euros plus the cost of relocating the vehicle.
Parking in a Private Parking Spot
If you park in a private parking spot, you will be charged with an additional amount of 20 euros plus the private parking fee.
Illegal Parking (according to law)
If you park illegally, you will be charged with an additional amount of 20 euros plus the illegal parking fee.
